Without doubt Mark and his team have been the best car sales garage I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with a good few over the years as I now approach retirement. Mark's integrity and honourable customer service is something that the rest of the car trade would do well to learn.Purchasing a car that is a 3 hour drive away was easy to do and part exchange for my old car was a fair deal. However it sometimes happens with a newly purchased car that faults occur through no fault or omission on the part of the dealer as did on my recent purchase. Mark however ensured that all was rectified despite genuine time consuming complications and costly parts replacement with the minimum of inconvenience to myself, and I now have a car that I am very happy with. Purchased a Freelander 2 from the garage. Service was ok, however the salesman i dealt with hadnt been in car sales very long which is fair enough. Had to wait around 2 weeks before i could get the car as it had to under go a new timing belt and service which was good. However im leaving this review 5 months after purchasing the car and have had quite a lot of bother with it.New rear Callipers, x2 wheel bearings, pads/discs, coolent had to be topped up the day i got it home, and now having to fit a new clutch.The car is under RAC warrenty luckily but the cars should really go through a better service before being sold as all that within a few months isnt really acceptable.
